After Assessment
- If Mediation is to proceed the Mediator will make arrangements for the date and time of the first Mediation session.
- If the Mediator assesses either party or the issues as unsuitable for Mediation they will issue a Certificate to that effect.
- If solicitors have been instructed the Mediator will usually (subject to your agreement) let them know the outcome of the Assessment, whether it is unsuitable or whether it will progress to a session and the date arranged.
- If you need a solicitor your Mediator will provide information on how to locate a specialist family lawyer.
