Chris Carter has over 25 years in social work with 12 years as a Children's Guardian. She has been a Family Mediator for over 7 years.

Diane Roome is a Solicitor and a Member of Resolution and sits on the Resolution Children’s Committee.  She is also actively involved with the ‘Parenting After Parting Initiative’ currently being taken forward by Resolution. She has recently contributed to the preparation of the Handbook produced by Resolution in association with Christine McGhee, the American Divorce Coach.Diane also mediates and is trained to meet with Children and feed their views into Mediation Sessions between parents.
